How your quote request and your document are handled, in plain terms.

Public documents only

This service accepts public, non-confidential PDFs only. Please do not send student records, personnel files, medical records, or anything else that is not already public. If you are unsure, email me first.

Your IP address itself is not stored. This site does not use analytics or advertising trackers and sets no cookies of its own.

My hosting and email providers handle this information as part of providing those services to me. No one else works for this service. I, Joseph Reyna, am the only person with access to quote requests.

AI tools

I use an AI assistant for some of the work in this business. It helped prepare the two public samples on this site and viewed images of their pages. I have not yet published a policy on which AI tools may see quote requests or client documents. If that matters to your organization, ask before you send anything, and I will tell you exactly which tools would handle it.

Keeping and deleting information

I have not yet set a fixed retention schedule. Until I do, you can ask me by email to delete your quote request and any working copies of your document at any time. I’ll confirm what was deleted, and tell you about anything I need to keep, such as invoices.
